Consultations

We encourage you to consult with one of our attorneys. Consultations last approximately one hour during which we will ask to you explain the situation in as much detail as possible. The attorney will examine your documentation in advance of the appointment or, if you feel more comfortable, during the appointment.

Once he has spoken to you and reviewed your documents, the attorney will describe the specific legal remedies available to you. We will recommend the best course of action based upon the goals you identify, the law, and your individual circumstances.
